Looks the same reinstalled. Curved groove in cheek was from the hinge pin in the original hinge.

Re-leveled a few keys while I was there.I haven't been doing much work-wise to the piano - I've been playing it quite a bit though! There's a mound in a cemetery in Vienna I have no doubt...
Anyway, the fallboard has always had a tendency to intermittently stick on the left side - this became worse after I refinished the piano, the varnish tightened up a tolerance that was already too tight. So I belt sanded the end of the fallboard, removing both the varnish and a tiny bit of wood. Works much better now!
While I had the fallboard off, I re-leveled six or eight keys that needed it as per Piano Smith's recommendation. Not depicted: I also did some mild sanding of three or four spots on the finish, and re-lacquered same.
